At present, there are two forms of mercury-removing activated carbon, one is sulfur-carrying and mercury-removing activated carbon widely used in the oil and gas industry, and the other is coal-fired flue gas mercury-removing activated carbon. The two products are mainly used to remove mercury-containing activated carbon. Natural gas, petrochemical waste gas, and mercury-containing flue gas from coal-fired power plants.

Flue gas mercury removal activated carbon is a new type of environmental protection purification product that has just been involved in the flue gas treatment industry. The research and development of activated carbon for mercury removal from flue gas has been started since 2006. After 5 years, a major breakthrough and success have been achieved. During this period, our company has cooperated with the University of Illinois, Albemarle and Tsinghua University. Extensive technical exchanges and cooperation have been carried out between universities, and many fruitful research work has been done. In 2011, the product applied for a national invention patent (patent number: ZL 2010 1 0176708.4).
